YEAP! as promised on my Facebook page yesterday, I was going to post this card using my first handmade crochet flowers. I was taking lessons on you tube for a couple of hours and it worked...lol. Asked hubby to drive me to walmart at 9:00 PM and I bought 2 types of yarn and 1 crochet stitching needle. Got home and hands on and "I DID IT!" The first one was easier than the second, can you believe that? so with that said, I bet you can tell me which one was the first one I made... lol... This card fits for a challenge over Polka Doodles for the stitching. Hope you like it.Supplies:
Cardstock: Bazzill & CTMH.
Cricut: Pooh & Friends.
Cuttlebug: Swiss Dots Embossing Folder.
Buttons: Scenic Route.
Stamps: G-Stamp.
Yarn: Aunt Lydia's Fashion Crochet Thread.
Crochet Flowers: Made by "ME" toot toot...
White gel pen, Pop dots, glue gun & machine stitching.

Gorgeous! I've made a few crochet flowers (thanks to You Tube too) but they take me so long to make I amost begrudge using them!

Love it! I crocheted back when I was much, much younger then didn't for quite a few years. I'm getting back into to make the little flowers too. I find it relaxing, just need to find the time! LOL

Oh you ARE a clever girl Sonia! This whole card is amazing. Your flowers are beautiful! You would never know they are your first ones. LOVE your clouds and grass. How did you do them? The leaves and stems are cleverly done too. Let's face it girl, EVERYTHING on the card is cleverly done.
